I already changed the NS on Hostinger Panel but my site still in pending mode.
Make sure you’ve added the correct typo of nameserver. What’s the site?

You appear to have changed your NS records in the hosted zone with your current DNS provider, which does nothing useful, and is not where the change is required. You need to update the nameservers with your registrar, so they can push the change to the root nameservers.

I changed nameservers on Hostinger.
I tried changing the nameservers on Godaddy too but when I try to log in it says they don’t manage nameservers.
I also checked on a nameserver propagation site and it says the nameservers are the ones given by Cloudflare. I can’t figure out what to do.
You need to change the nameservers in your whois record.
The Cloudflare guide that I shared has a link directly to the GoDaddy instructions on how to make the required change.
