Nameserver dont work

Hi,

I added today a domain in my cloudflare account, but the DNS of Cloudflare return DNS QUERY REFUSED on my domain registrar.
Is a Cloudflare problem after downtime and troubles recently with Cloudflare infraestructure.
Anyone else having this problem?
