Hi,
i moved a domain from one Cloudflare account to another and therefor the nameservers changed from “alan.ns.cloudflare.com” to “lucy.ns.cloudflare.com”. Now even after a few days the new nameserver “lucy” still does not resolve the domain while the previous nameserver “alan” still works.
What can i do about this?

Can you post a screenshot where it lists the nameservers?

Interesting, these are not the ones currently announced by Cloudflare.
Did you remove the domain from the other account?
But it might be best to open a support ticket.
IMHO that’s a glitch on Cloudflare when a domain gets deactivated on one account but it is already ready to be verified on another account.
I am afraid only support can help here → support.cloudflare.com/requests/new
