Nameserver change on pending mode

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m trying to move a domain from one cloudflare account to another. I changed the nameserver details for the domain on the current cloudflare account however it’s been in a pending state for a few days now it just doesn’t update the nameserver details. Is there anything that can be done regards to this ?

What is the domain, and what are the old/new nameservers?

Hi there,

The domain is: wild-expeditions.africa
Old Nameservers:aragorn.ns.cloudflare.com
liv.ns.cloudflare.com

New Nameservers: deborah.ns.cloudflare.com
henry.ns.cloudflare.com

At this time, your domain is using all 4 nameservers. It must only use the 2 nameservers of the new Cloudflare account.

I have already asked my hosting provider to update it and they did that but it seems like the issue is on cloudflare’s end ?

Thank you for picking that up

No, the issue is not on Cloudflare’s end. Cloudflare has no control over the authoritative nameservers you set at your registrar.
