Im trying to get the SSL from Cloudflare but it says that I need to change my nameserver to Cloudflare’s nameservers. I currently have a Domain on Hostinger and my website is hosted on 000webhost. If I change the nameserver from 000webhost my website will stop being hosted by it. What should I do?

No, you can safely use CF nameservers and your host would still be 000webhost.
