It depends on how busy your site is, how much of it you cache at Cloudflare, how often the origin needs to be called on from the Cloudflare PoPs, and so on.
As long as your site is typical website content and you are not delivering video or large files, which is against the CDN ToS and requires use of the Cloudflare Developer platform, you will be ok.

Indeed, there will be pressure on the site and files will be downloaded from it at the same time by several users. I don’t know the number, but let’s assume that 100 GB of files are downloaded per month by users. Will the pressure be divided between Cloudflare and Namecheap?
My site is an educational site and there are no large files on it, but I have a simple question. You say that it is forbidden to put videos or download videos from my site, and this is a violation. Why?
Or did I understand the subject wrong? Does this mean that if I made my own educational videos and put them on the site and put a download button for them and a large number of users of the site downloaded these videos of mine that do not violate any policy or belong to a specific person, but rather they are videos of mine and the site and I own them, is this also a violation or what did you mean?
