Name Servers have been changed on the site, but the site is not active on my Cloudflare.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried to open a support ticket but it looks like that type of support is not avalible for a free account which this is.
I have tried to remove the site and add it again.

This is not a issue you can reproduce as inside my cloudflare account.

You have not changed the nameservers at your domain registrar from the interdns.co.uk ones to the 2 allocated Cloudflare ones. You have instead added them as NS records to your DNS which won’t work.

Hi,

Thanks for the fast response and explanation. I was using NS Lookup - Lookup Nameserver of any Domain to check the Name Servers, which shows them as Cloudflare’s.

I will refer this back to the people who changed the Name Servers.
