We contacted our new web hoster and they advised to contact you

Make sure the mail related subdomains (mail, smtp, imap, pop) in your Cloudflare DNS are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”…

I had a chat with our current web hoster, they said we can only do this on our Cloudflare account which we nolonger have access to, can you assist with that?

If you don’t have access to your account, try these steps…

If you still can’t get access then you’ll need to change the nameservers at your registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account, or other DNS provider, in order to take control of the DNS.
