Name server transfer from njal.la

I try transfer name server from njal.la to Cloudflare but noting happens this is not my first domain but this one is stuck and doesn’t transfer

If this is a domain registration, Cloudflare Registrar doesn’t handle .la domains (yet).

If it’s just the name servers, they’re not set to Cloudflare:

 % whois njal.la | grep "Name Server:"
Name Server: NS3.NJAL.LA
Name Server: NS2.NJAL.LA
Name Server: NS1.NJAL.LA

You also have DNSSEC enabled, which you need to turn off before moving DNS to Cloudflare.
