May I ask if you’re lately transferred domain to Cloudflare Registrar?
Prior, if it was, was domain using Cloudflare already since before?
If the nameservers in the dashboard don’t match those in those in the WHOIS, then you can raise a registrar ticket to get them corrected.
Please, contact the Registrar team and submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Cloudflare Registrar for type.
