I do see Cloudflare nameservers on the domain that you attempted to add to your account, however, it looks like you have since deleted that domain from your account.

You will want to add the zone back to your account and then check the assigned nameservers in your dashboard as they will change. You will then need to add the newly assigned Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar and delete the previous Cloudflare nameservers.
