Name Server Change from MSFT

*Currently our webhosting is with 1and1. Everything is pointing to MSFT for our domain .We are in the process of setting up our website. We are trying to setup an SSL certificate however part of the setup requires us to change our nameservers; they are currently pointed to:
ns1.bdm.microsoftonline.com
ns2.bdm.microsoftonline.com
ns3.bdm.microsoftonline.com
ns4.bdm.microsoftonline.com

If we change our nameservers wont this break our email or Azure? Is there a better/easier way to add an SSL certificate to our website? Maybe with MSFT or Azure?

You don’t need Cloudflare for this. If you want SSL on your website, your host is supposed to provide that.
