What is the issue you’re encountering

the domain-name is registered with cloudflare, but isnt forwarding through your dns to my site. And the site works when accessed through the raw ip. No issues on the file ends, attached pictures below.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Had a one on one talk with the owner of the website template, and no issues on the file end, was told it was an issue with your guys dns considering my raw IP works on the site.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

This is a server issue. Pause Cloudflare and make sure the site loads first fine on HTTPS without Cloudflare.

On Cloudflare, you have to enable encryption, however. Make sure your encryption mode is Full Strict.
