My WP-Rocket plugin on the website wants to regenerate critical CSS but tells that the tool is blocked by CLoudflare. Even with the WP-Rocket IP-addresses added to bypass the security IP-rules of Cloudflare. Many thanks

We are trying to move away from the IP Access Rules, so you could try and create a custom firewall rule where you skip all the security for these two IP’s.

You could also try and activate your analytics dashboard, and see if you are actually getting a 403 forbidden on these IP’s.
