A person on the team changed the DNS to another cloudflare, when I realized nothing was working, I returned the DNS to the same cloudflare, but my website is not working correctly, I have already cleaned the cache, what can I do to get everything back to normal? again ?

This could happen If by any chance the SSL/TLS mode for your zone is set to Flexible and your site is redirecting automatically all HTTP requests to HTTPS.
