My website's redirect rule doesn't work

What is the name of the domain?

whoistsampikos.com

What is the error number?

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

What is the error message?

This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in whoistsampikos.com. If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

What is the issue you’re encountering

Whenever I try to enter whoistsampikos.com the redirect rule I have set up and properly deployed doesn’t work and I get the same error over and over again. There are also some other errors but I mainly want to fix the redirection.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have tried deleting and readding the redirect rule, I tried doing speed tests and I keep getting errors and I have been checking the domain settings but none of it makes sense.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I honestly don’t know because I bought the domain some days ago and I thought the problem would fix itself but it didn’t. Someone please help.

You don’t have a DNS record for your domain (and www if you want to redirect that as well)…

If just redirecting, use a proxied AAAA record pointing to 100:: for @ (the domain) and www.

I’m sorry if I’m a bit stupid at this I don’t know much about domains and stuff. I used to have another domain that did redirect properly but now that this one isn’t working and I don’t know how to fix it I decided to come to the community.

So, is this what you told me would fix it?

Yes apparently it worked. Thanks a lot @sjr you are a legend.

You don’t need both A and AAAA records. Just AAAA is ok.
