DNS points to prohibited IP What happened? You’ve requested a page on a website (zemanmartin.sk) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare’s system.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I changed the Ip adress to correct but still dont work

Here is the image of an error

Here is a proof that my www adress points to the same IP as non-www adress. But www works and non-www dont.

Using Pages?

Error code 522 when dooiu.com (without www) - #11 by sandro

I am not using Pages. And I am not getting the 522 error but 1000 error

Then you should not be using Cloudflare addresses. www probably loads because of the IPv6 address.

Pause Cloudflare and clarify the necessary DNS entries with your host. Once you configured them, make sure the site loads fine on HTTPS. If it doesn’t you need to talk to your host again.

Well I will try, but to be honest I literally dont understand these things :frowning: I just want my website to work without www, my registrar told me to ask cloudflare as they website pops the error, but here on cloudflare there is literally nobody I could contact, confusing contact which only AI or community helps. But I will try to work something up. Thank you so much!

I am afraid Cloudflare is not really involved here. This is something you need to clarify solely with your host. You “only” need to configure the correct IP addresses and the site needs to load fine on HTTPS without Cloudflare. Once that works, it will also work on Cloudflare.

Best to pause Cloudflare and contact your host.

Okay, thank you! I will try contacting them and work this out.

So with what are you saying to fix my problem I dont need cloudflare at all? But why did the zemanmartin.sk domain connect to cloudflare network even when I wasnt even registered here?

I can’t tell why you need Cloudflare, but Cloudflare cannot fix the issue here.

Okay so lets summarize what happened.

I registered my domain: zemanmartin.sk on registrar websupport.sk

Everything went smooth and normally until I tried to put my website without www in google and it redirected me to cloudflare network which I wasnt registered in.

This was the first error. So I guess the mistake was the redirection to the cloudflare network at first? So I should change the DNS in my host to my website instead of cloudflare network?

Yes, if you don’t need to use Cloudflare, you should point your domain to your host’s nameservers and their configuration will take automatically effect.
