My website is showing a sample page instead of the original page that was created. Below is a screen shot of what my website looks like.
This has been going on for the past three days. i have contacted Bluehost and they informed me that i should contact cloudflare as the issue is not with them.

It is very unlikely that this is a Cloudflare issue. If you want to be sure, you can change your DNS A and CNAME records in your Cloudflare DNS settings from 
(proxied) to 
(DNS only). This will disable Cloudflare for your website.
If the problem persists after disabling Cloudflare, the problem is with your webserver.
To be completely sure, you can check in your Cloudflare account under Manage Account → Audit Log if someone changed the values of your DNS entries.
