My website was copied and thief hosted on cloudflare support dont anwer me

I write request about it on cloudflare - requests - 2943809
but i still have no answer on email, and when i try to go by that link “requests - 2943809” system redirected me on Cloudflare Help Center where i can’t sign in! Help me please.

I am having the same issue, its been a few months since I submitted my claim and they aren’t helping. I just submitted another one. What actions can we take next?
