My website URL does not resolve even though A and CNAME records are correct

DNS points to prohibited IP

What is the issue you’re encountering

My website provider (carrd) provides CNAME and A records to give to Cloudflare. When I use these records, my website does not appear. I see a cloudflare error instead.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried disconnecting the domain from cloudflare entirely and reconnecting it, following both Carrd and Cloudflare’s docs. I get the same error no matter what I do. I have also tried disabling proxying through CF and that doesn’t change the error either.

The cloudflare error says to change my A records to a different address, but Carrd won’t let me do that.

What can I do to fix this?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Load sarahday.org or www.sarahday.org in your browser. Observe the error.

Both work for me:
