My website suddenly turn to "Unknown host" randomly

Hello,

I have first have a web app on Cloudflare since 8 months and it’s working weel, I don’t have any issues.

I’m now trying to add another web app which as a different domain name but it’s on the same server with my first app so they have the same IP

I clicked on “Add a site” and added my second domain name.
I have no idea why but sometimes I can access to my website for like 10 minutes and then it’s down.

If I ping it I’ve got ping: cannot resolve my2app.com: Unknown host if I use curl curl: (7) Couldn't connect to server

But my webapp is working well because if I use curl on the server I curl my2app.com I have my home page.

If I check whois it show I’m correctly on cloudflare.

My first web app keep working correctly without problem.

I think I have read somewhere I can’t have two SSL certificate sharing the same IP, is it my case ? So how can I use cloudflare on my both domain name ?

I have many sites on one of my servers, and it’s not a problem. My server has individual SSL certificates for each domain. Cloudflare also sets up individual SSL certificates for the same server.

If you’ve just set up that second app, it may take up to 48 hours for it to fully propagate in DNS. If you post the domain name, we can take a closer look.

here is the domain name myapp2.com . It’s actually working but in 10 minutes I guess it will be down

EDIT: it’s now down again

I’m not sure what it’s supposed to look like, but it’s working everywhere I checked.

What error do you get when it’s down?

On firefox I usually got
Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at www.my2app.com.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

Try again later.
Check your network connection.
If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.

And same error on other browser, and if I do a ping to my2app.com I got ping: cannot resolve spngall.com: Unknown host

Edit: Right now it doesn’t work on my phone Android and on my friend Iphone

Ah, it looks like there’s no DNS record for ‘www’. Make sure you have one in Cloudflare DNS that matches the one for spngall.com

I thing it’s more about my own internet at my home. If I use my data on my phone it’s never down, and all my friends out of my can access it.
