My website subdomain points to another website

I created a subdomain green.worldtok.com to my root domain worldtok.com but it redirects me to another website. I have added the proper A name and address to my root website but it still redirects me. please, what should I do to stop this unexpected redirect?
because when I delete it from Cloudflare it says server IP not found.

Works for me. But if you’re trying to use HTTPS, your server is misconfigured and sends you to some other site at your host. Ask your Host to properly configure your subdomain for HTTPS.

I asked them but they said that the problem is from Cloudflare

Can you set that subdomain to :grey: in Cloudflare DNS and see if it works with HTTPS?

I have tried both of them but it keeps redirecting to that website.
Another thing that makes this problem to seem uncertain to me is that I have a subdomain
project.worldtok.com which I created before I signed up for Cloudflare through, it’s working fine.
But for green.worldtok.com I just created it and it’s having this problem.
I have cross checked both the cpanel and Cloudflare settings and everything matched just like other subdomains but yet this problem persist.

It’s not even a redirect. The host is delivering the wrong site for HTTPS.

Set it to :grey: and tell your web host to fix it. When it’s :grey:, it’s going directly to your server.

And when it’s grey, I bet http will still work, but https will probably still show the other site. And if at that point, your host blames Cloudflare, get a new host.

Get a better host, yours is obviously incompetent I am afraid

As @sdayman already pointed out, the issue is not with Cloudflare but with your host who hasnt configured your site to be served on HTTPS. Not only is there no valid certificate, it does not even return your site on an invalid certificate but returns a default page.

This problem leads me to check for the registrar of the website from which my website fetches website contents from.
I used whois.is to check and I found out that the website is registered by my domain registrar as well and the ipv4 address of the website is the same as mine own website. Also the website uses Cloudflare and this has caused every subdomain I create on my website to fetche website contents from smallchops.ng while maintaining my website URI which in this case is https://green.worldtok.com. The worse thing is that my hosting provider says that it’s not in their power to sort it out.
The following are some screenshots I took from whois.is website.

Another thing is that my own website ipv4 address which I saw on the whois.is website is entirely different from the one on my cpanel.
My question now is does it normally happen that way such that the ipv4 address on cpanel will be different from the one on whois.is website.

Are they saying they are unable to configure your site properly for HTTPS? Jolly good, in that case it is pretty clear and obvious that you have to switch. You can tell them that
