My website showing secure connection with padlock except index page

i have one query,
why i am getting this error " your connection to this side is not fully secure" insecure connection when i tried to access index page of my website.

You probably have mixed content like pictures or scripts loaded via HTTP.

Ensure you have “Always use HTTPS” and probably “Automatic HTTPS rewrites” active for your domain.

i used Cloudflare ssl in my website

Both options can be activated through your Cloudflare dashboard
