Servers keep flipping while filling out a form on the site causing it to work randomly

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have enabled Sticky sessions and purged the cache but it still happens.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Repeat filling out the form, sometimes it works, other times it wont.

I got it sorted Zakri - thanks for the reply - it was a sticky session on a second LB
