This is the messgae of cloudways support upon checking the problem
I have checked that after disable the proxy, the records are still not started to propagate in any region. In this case, you can contact the Cloudflare that records are added but not propagating, you can share this link to them : https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/guniwheel.com.au .
And also you can share your DNS records as well with them.
They can check and update the records and fix the issue.
