My website is pointed to another website

I have a Cloudflare account but it’s not pointing to my website. when I try to log in it takes me to another website. how do I correct this error?

What is your website? Where do you get taken to? Does the same thing happen with Cloudflare disabled? Please provide more information.

My website is jobcareercritic I’m not familiar with the token system. I just got a free account and change my nameservers. Not a good tech guy.

jobcareercritic redirects to www.jobcareercritic, which sets a _job_board_session cookie, then redirects to jobboard.io.

I suggest you Pause Cloudflare, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).

Thanks for your response. Can Cloudflare support make the corrections? I get your solution but I am not familiar with the process if things don’t go as promised.

Cloudflare Support can not make changes to user settings. But this doesn’t look like a user setting issue. That’s why I recommend you Pause Cloudflare and see if it’s still an issue.
