My website is not accessible to few customers in Saudi Arabia

I have a domain DNS managed by Cloudflare https://scnv.io for the last few days, users have reported that they are not able to access the URL in Saudi Arabia.

The error they get in Chrome is DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Here is the DNS propagation of Saudi Arabia. It is not resolving in Saudi Arabia. We have not done any recent changes to the DNS.

There’s either a local issue, or the DNS server there used by DNSchecker has a problem so you can’t use that for verifying…

If I agree with you, then still customers in Saudi Arabia are unable to access the site (see video recording).

Do you have any users who can try your site using different DNS resolvers to try and see if the problem is just with one ISP, or country-wide?

I just had a call with the customer in Saudi Arabia and we tried 3-4 ISPs and with a few of them the site loads once and then does not load next. So on refreshing the page 5 times, the website is opened once.

Currently, the DNS is not proxied. When I proxied the domain, it works fine but without it, it does not work.

I also tried other DNS checkers (with non-proxied)
