My website some of the links are automatically getting 308 error

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

This 308 error is not good for SEO so I need solution for how to remove this error step by step I have seen past post but nothing is clearly mentioned as how we can remove this error step by step process

Your domain is currently --NOT-- using Cloudflare, and I don’t see any 308 redirects. So there’s nothing to do here or perhaps at all.

As to the 308 redirects in your screenshots, there are redirects from URLs ending in .html to the same URLs without the extension. Here’s an example:

https://example.com/mumbai-escorts.html → https://example.com/mumbai-escorts/

I can’t say how these redirects came about, but if they served an intended purpose, then you’ll have to weigh this real purpose against any perceived SEO impact some tool is telling you.
