my website is offline, and not able to load
Error 1014 means you are pointing a CNAME at a record that’s in another account.
That’s not permitted unless the target is using Cloudflare for SaaS - a host that also uses Cloudflare. If this is the case, your domain is not set up at their end correctly.
If unsure, who is your host and can you show a screenshot of your DNS records.

@baronlimited07 seems the issue has been resolved. I see the site working, like:
There was an active site at that address but now its empty
