And what did they say? If your site is subject to a local block, there’s not much Cloudflare can do to lift that black-listing.

Can’t get in touch with the local authorities yet. Anything that you can do on your end?

No, as mentioned Cloudflare cannot control any local blocks.

I’m not 100% sure it’s blocked by China. Can you please help check whether it’s the server or IP Address error? thank you.

The message you posted indicates a network issue. But you said you contacted the authorities. What did they say?

I also can’t access the site, I’m in Indonesia(AS18004).
However when I use warp client I can access it.

And yes, that site appears to be blocked in all of China. You really need to take this up with the responsible authorities.
