I’v deleted everything at OVH months ago after closing my company, and I’v sudenly realised my website “resurected” at Cloudflare. OVH support can’t help me, so WTF is going on Cloudflare ? Why and who dis it ?

If that was not you, the domain now belongs to someone else.
Connections to it time out and no content shows.
Ok for the domain but what about the website itself ? How my website Can be hosted or bought by someone else, with all the pictures, info, textes, all about MY company, after I’v deleted everything on another server ?
I’m not seeing anything, the domain times out between Cloudflare and the origin for me.
If you are seeing content, you need to show your ex-host and push them to ensure all the content is actually deleted. It could be when registered the domain picked up the previous DNS records.
I would also recommend trying a force reload (ctrl-f5), as your site might simply still be in browser cache.

The website is still on, and OVH assures me billion time After one Hour on phone with their shitty tecnical support online Yesterday that absolutly everything has been deleted on their servers and to contact Cloudflare wich hosts the domain now, yo understands how IS it possible.

I have. It was showing a Cloudlfare timeout message when I visited it (as in the link I sent you). I can now see a site. If that is your content you will need to do what I suggested which is to ask your ex-host to ensure the content was actually deleted.
Yes I did ! I already asked them yesterday. Everything IS completly deleted !
It would seem odd for someone to recreate a site, maybe the files come from here…

You can try an abuse report at Cloudflare if you claim this is impersonation or violation of some copyright or IP…
