Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

I am sorry for your loss.

Cloudflare is not likely to be your web host. Cloudflare is a security and performance service that sits between your visitors and your hosting.

Can you share your domain name here so that Community members can see if they can find any clues to help you identify your site’s hosting?

HILLSERVICESLTD.CO.ZA here is the domain name i just want to host it gain i still have my admin logins

Your domain’s registrar is HostAfrica. Chances are they are hosting the site as well.

Get in touch with them here: https://hostafrica.co.za/

i did they said i should contact cloud fare its frustrating swears

Is that the admin login to dash.cloudflare.com or the admin login at HostAfrica?

This Community can assist with issues related to dash.cloudflare.com but there are other parties than just Cloudflare involved. HostAfrica is your domain registrar. As @GeorgeAppiah mentioned, they may also be your hosting provider. From the name of the business, that certainly seems very likely.

Hmm, I suspect the person with whom you spoke is not familiar with Cloudflare and that was the easy answer given the nameservers. But, it’s not the correct nor a helpful answer that will help you to identify the hosting provider for your site.

I appreciate the frustration and we’ll help as much as we can. In this case, you really need to identify the hosting provider. You can look at the historical A record IP addresses for your site to see if that helps, https://securitytrails.com/domain/hillservicesltd.co.za/history/a and find out who owns the IP address, IP WHOIS Lookup.

Or - If you can login to the account that holds the active zone (domain) for hillservicesltd.co.za you can look at the IP address of the A record here https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns and find out who owns the IP address, IP WHOIS Lookup.

Finally, if you cannot log into the account that controls that zone, you can use these links to help track down those details:

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. If the email address belonged to the person that passed away, these links may not help unless you or someone else can access their account. I suspect the first or third link is what you need.

These links may help, but they only work when logged out

If you know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password
If you know the email and have 2FA issues: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help
If you don’t know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

If you are unable to access the current account that holds the zone (domain), you will have no choice but to move the domain to the account you are using here (select a plan type and then have HostAfrica change the nameservers to the two in your current account).
