My website have a strange problem and need help

Hi,guys.My website is https://4305.cc/
This morning,some Chinese customers said that they cannot visit my website and the browser displayed “net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET” I think my server is under RST attack.But in U.S. or other countries do not have this problem.I have pointed my domain to another ip to avoid this attack ,in U.S. ,you can see the 404 page,but in china,Browser is still displayed"net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"
I don’t know how to make Cloudflare server ignore RST request.What can I do?

If it is only happening from China it is likely the site is being blocked by the Great Firewall.
