Customers started saying they cannot view the website on different networks. I’ve removed the domain name from proxy and made it dns only, it worked for some people but I can still see that not everyone can view the website. I’m not sure what next to do.
What is the specific error that they’re seeing when they try to access the site?
From the screenshot it does look like it’s not using WiFi for the connection. I’m wondering if you could replicate the issue using a laptop tethering to the phone?
