Hello, some hackers attacked on my website last month and they created million of threads with spam posts and Cloudflare security team blocked my website and its been 10 days i already cleaned my whole forum and Cloudflare still not remove my website from banned list.

how i can resolve this issue please?

I see you have taken action on the dash and the team is reviewing the changes. Only the team to which ticket 2470924 was escalated can assst, not the Community nor Support via more tickets. T&S is the only group that can investigate this.
