Hi everybody, my username and password is still correctly, but the Two-Factor Authentication do not work. How to disable the Two-Factor Authentication for login. Please help me
same trouble here, I pay for this service and Support mail doesn’t work (i sent an email 6 days ago).

Hi @exequielplaza, I see your ticket with Support and your DNS records, they are not missing. Nor are they related to trying to login. I’ve not seen a similar instance of not receiving tokens where the emails were not sent. It may be possible, but in every instance they are either caught by a spam filter or being held up by the mail provider. Once you locate the ticket in email, if you receive a note from Support that does not address your question, please respond back to them and let them know.
