My traffic data is not showing up on Cloudflare it is showing 0 but the site is live and I can see traffic

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked the site is live and saw traffic with Google

Look at my cloudflare dashboard

Your DNS records are set to “DNS only” and point to Shopify (who use Cloudflare). Requests are going through their Cloudflare account and not yours so you won’t see any traffic from those requests in your analytics.

Is it possible to change it to use my Cloudflare instead of shopifys or should I just leave it how it is and use Google or Shopify for analytics ?

According to latest information it supposedly is.

It will only work for CNAMEs (so for your www record). You would need to remove the Shopify IP address for your domain (@) and redirect to www using this guide instead…

Then you will need to proxy the www CNAME and contact Cloudflare support to enable O2O for you. Last I heard it’s not as automatic for Shopify yet as the current documents say…

Then requests will pass through your account first…
