My thumbnail refuses to work and I am not sure why

I’ve tried it multiple ways and have been troubleshooting for a while but nothing I do seems to show a thumbnail (poster).

I feel I’m missing something fundamental but the documentation has minimal examples.

Hi, you have a typo in your iframe URL. Try:
