Hello good! I have mistakenly changed the super administrator roles assigned to my mail account and I cannot manage anything within my account. I need to recover the roles I had please, so I can continue using my account because it has been completely unusable. Thank you very much and I hope for a response from you.
Hi @contacto38 sorry for the issues you’re encountering. I can replicate what you’re seeing on the dash but am unable to affect it in any way. I suspect you are unable to create a ticket from the account you shared and are using here. I’d create another account and open an account ticket from that new account. On the ticket, copy the email address of the affected account and share the name of a domain or several domains in that account.
You should describe the steps you took (as best you can) that resulted in the damaged account and please share a link to this Community thread, My super admin roles. Once you have a ticket number from the new account if you can share that as a reply to this thread we will flag it for the Support team. Account, Billing, Registrar, and Trust & Safety issues are not something the Community can assist with and we’ll need Support to help.
