Since yesterday, my customers cant access their data in R2. My R2 subscription suddently got removed for some reason. I have no idea why. (BTW I have no unpaid bills and was not notified regarding billing)
I created a support ticket but nothing. No reply. To have real support we must pay 200dollars. Cloudflare, what is this? Why is the service so vicious. Why all the issues always come from here.
Please get this fixed. I’m dying on support requestes from my customers. plz fix this. I don’t know what you want from me

There are no steps to reproduce. My access to R2 buckets is blocked like on the screenshot below. When I press on the button, the page just refreshes

Only the Billing team has access to your account to fix the issue. Billing issues need to be resolved via a ticket. Currently I am not able to speed it up more than it is already.

I get you @fritex and thanks again for even responding. The issue here is that the request will stay open for days as I see all over the internet regarding Cloudflare. Everyone that had this issue got a fix in at list 3 days. I cant afford that. Customers keep cancelling their subscription to my service. I cant do anything
