MY Subscribtion is renewed but i got plan cancelled email from cloudflare

Hi,

I have an Automatic Platform Optimization addon on my site, and paying on a monthly basis, this month I can see the invoice is paid in the billing section but I got an email that plan is cancelled.

Yes, the amount is deducted already.

Anyone in the support team help me with it, and do confirm if this activated again.

I have created a ticket for our billing team and you should also have recived it.

They will take a look at it and reply to you on the ticket.
