What is the issue you’re encountering

I create the subdomain address in RD Station and configure it correctly here, however, even after 48 hours, the subdomain does not complete verification in RD Station

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Make sure the CNAMEs are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”.

You also have 2 SPF records so you need to combine them or remove one as they won’t work if there are 2…
