My StoreEnvy customer site down with a 525 error

My StoreEnvy customer side has been down for at least a week with a 525 error.

I have everything set up how it was documented by StoreEnvy. Everything has worked fine for at least a year until recently. Ive made no changes. I have contacted the StoreEnvy support to see if there were changes made by them on their hosting servers.

Any other suggestions?

A 525 error is typically caused by a configuration issue in the origin web server when its SSL certificate is not properly set up. Review the suggestions in this Community Tip for advice & insight.

Looks like it’s a storeenvy issue that I unfortunately have no control over. Ugg. Just another reason to move to shopify
