i am a novice so help please.
i signed up using the free Cloudlare and enabled the universal SSL.
it may not be related but my 2 sites are now requiring the www in or for the home page to display correctly. everything displays in a single line down the left side. if i click on store logo, the page will the. display going forward.
i’m lost as to what to do, Any help please?
What you’re describing sounds a bit liked mixed content.
Check your SSL setting on the SSL dashboard Visit SSL/TLS > Origin Server it needs to be set to Full or Full (Strict).
If it is not, follow our deploy an origin CA certificate guide to install a valid certificate on your server. Then, set your SSL mode to Full (Strict).
If you cannot install a valid certificate on your origin, you can downgrade your SSL mode to Full instead of Full (Strict) as an alternative.
Typically, configuring Full or Full(Strict) is enough to ensure your origin server also serves links correctly to avoid mixed content. If you still see mixed content and you do not know how to resolve this, you can try enabling Automatic HTTPS Rewrites
