Error 1000 Ray ID: 908c0bf3e9b1ad46 • 2025-01-27 22:05:52 UTC DNS points to prohibited IP What happened? You’ve requested a page on a website (thechillinchicken.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare’s system. What can I do? If you are the owner of this website: you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for thechillinchicken.com to resolve to a different IP address.
What is the issue you’re encountering
My site goes down every time after I change the nameservers on NameCheap from this: (apollo dot ns dot cloudflare dot com and uma dot ns dot cloudflare dot com) to CLOUDFLARE’S nameservers (nora dot ns dot cloudflare dot com and vicente dot ns dot dot com)
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
To begin with, my site is on Groove dot cm and my original nameservers are (apollo dot ns dot cloudflare dot com and uma dot ns dot cloudflare dot com)
I have put these nameservers in place at namecheap (nora dot ns dot cloudflare dot com and vicente dot ns dot dot com) like it says in the directions on Cloudflare.
I have read a lot of communications here with no resolution to my issue.
I have tried several times from scratch with the same negative results.
I have let the site sit for 24 hours and still, my site is down.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Nameservers
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
All I have to do is input the nameservers (nora dot ns dot cloudflare dot com and vicente dot ns dot dot com) that are supposed to point to Cloudflare into namecheap. It downs my site every time.
