I received this email from cloudflare “Hello, The zone: “pearlgarland.com” in account: “X Account” was deleted by Cloudflare on 2025-04-20T08:26:46.233512131Z. If the zone was deleted by mistake, you can add the zone back to reinstate existing configuration of the zone. You can read more about zone deletions by following the link below: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/221327488-Why-was-my-domain-deleted-from-Cloudflare- Thank you, The Cloudflare Team” I reached out to my domain host hostinger to see what they suggest and they said that cloudflare needs to be contacted to see what is going on and what needs to be done. My site’s host is hostinger but I have my site directed to the Kajabi platform that uses cloudflare.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
This is the second time I received this email. I received this on the 11th of April too and then reconnected the dns and now receiving this note again today on the 20th.

Likely you are adding the domain to a different Cloudflare account from where the domain is active. If the status bar at the top says “Complete setup” or “Invalid nameservers” then you are not in the account where the domain is active. After 7 or 28 days of not becoming active, the domain will be removed from that account. If active, it won’t be removed.
If you are using Kajabi and they gave you 2 ns.cloudflare.com nameservers to use then your domain is active in their account at the moment.
I’m not overly familiar with their setup and if you can change the nameservers at your registrar to those for your own Cloudflare account and point to Kajabi with A/AAAA/CNAME records. Someone else may know.
