My site receives error 524

my site has been having serious problems for a few days now. my site is in2town.co.uk and it receives 524 errors. my hosting company says it is a Cloudflare issue. sometimes the site loads but other times it is not. when i try and go into the backend of my wordpress site it takes around 20 seconds to load and then comes up with an error

can anyone please give me some advice

We has the same issue already for few days in a line esetnod32.lv and no support till today

This can really only occur when your server doesn’t respond to Cloudflare for some reason. Have you checked your server logs?

what solution did you use. i have never had this problem until i moved to a new hosting company which is scala hosting
