You’re missing the DNS record for ‘www’
It most likely should match the setting for the DNS record for noteyindia.com
It could be an A or CNAME record.

Your CNAME record is incorrect. It should just be ‘www’ with no quotes.

Blogger says it no longer hosts your website, so a CNAME pointing to Blogspot most likely won’t work.

And trying noteyindia.com results in a SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP error.
