If you do not mind sharing your domain name then posting it here will help specialists trying to help you.

Also, try to describe what you see in when you go to Websites in your Cloudflare dashboard. If you have not been there before then look there; it probably will tell you what needs to be done.

Due to some past topics here about GoDaddy, my best guess is the issue with the SSL certificate. I should start there first.
