Find the DNS records from your previous DNS provider and copy them all to Cloudflare.
How to do that depends on what provider you have used before.

Did your website already work with your domain before you added it to Cloudflare?
The screenshot you shared is the correct menu where you add DNS records, but you get the records either from your hosting provider or your previous DNS provider.
Yeah I got this record from my hosting provider. But here is a problem I am seeing whene I was made check by a website
This showing this message To check this for your website, enter your IP address in the browser and see if your site loads with the IP address.
Ideally, the IP should redirect to your website’s URL or to a page from your website hosting provider.
If it does not redirect, you should do an htaccess 301 redirect to make sure the IP does not get indexed.
You need to add 2 A records with that IP. One with name @, the other with name www.
Also, your CNAME record for mail needs to be be deleted and replaced with an A record with name mail and the same IP, and it needs to be DNS-Only instead of Proxied.

No, you only need to delete the one recird, mail.
After you have done that, you need to change the content of your MX record (not the name) to mail.bd-news.live.

The record for mail needs to be DNS-Only, not Proxied.

Yes, that is correct. Ignore that.
Cloudflare does not proxy email, so it needs to be DNS-Only or you can’t send/receive email.
